Sugar Mountain Festival 2017

This year’s Sugar Mountain Festival at Victorian College Of The Arts was probably their best yet. The music was excellent, but this year they really stepped it up in the arts category with the stage design, art installations and Sensory Restaurant experience. Sugar Mountain Music & Art Festival 2015

On the weekend I photographed Sugar Mountain Music and Art Festival – the festival’s triumphant return to Melbourne for 2015 after a year off. The new venue was the Victorian College Of The Arts, the perfect location for a boutique festival like Sugar Mountain. There were four stages – the Dodds Street main stage, the Car Park stage (with a huge space for dancing), the smaller indoor Theatre stage for more creative projects, and the Boiler Room.
